John brings over thirty (30) years analytical chemistry experience and fifteen (15) years as a quality practitioner both nationally and internationally. John has consulted to the manufacturing, mining, environmental and chemical industry for over ten (10) years. He has extensive experience in the development and implementation of integrated quality systems and has been assessing technical competence of laboratories for more than fifteen (15) years.

Karen Mizon (Chem. Cert., Higher Chem. Cert.).
Karen has over thirty (30) years experience in analytical chemistry as well as extensive expertise in project management. She has undertaken the today-to-day management of lead isotope research projects in the fields of geochemistry, environment and human health. Karen has excellent communication skills and has successfully managed cohorts for a number of human health research projects. Karen has published extensively across all disciplines.

Brian L. Gulson PhD.
Brian leads a group at CSIRO and the Macquarie University Graduate School of the Environment that has been has been active in the development and application of lead isotopes to problems in the environment - especially related to mining - and to human health. Brian and the group have also undertaken some encouraging forensic investigations. Brian’s research interests include environmental science especially environmental health.

Ivan R. Waples (ASTC).
Ivan brings over fifty (50) years experience as a quality practitioner and ten (10) years as a bench analytical chemist. He has been Training Manager for Australia’s laboratory accreditation organisation, NATA and has written and presented training courses based on ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 14001, and the ISO 9000 series both nationally and internationally, including the IQA-IRCA registered QMS auditor/lead auditor training course. Ivan has been audit team leader on more than 450 laboratory accreditation assessments. | read more.
